  1.  Buy EVERYTHING in your favorite colors
  2. Aestheticize your devices (phone, tablet, laptop, pc, etc) by changing your wallpaper, icons, font, notification/ringtone sounds, and more
  3. Create playlists for every activity (studying, cleaning, doing makeup), setting (school, work, park, transport), or time period (morning, afternoon, evening)
  4. Find a hobby that ISN'T digital (crochet, knitting, jewlery-making, kandi, bedazzling, etc)
  5. Start scrapbooking or junk journaling
  6. Print out photos of family/friends/celebrities and place them in cute photo frames
  7. Buy a nightlight projector or glow in the dark stars for your room when you sleep at night (a cute option is a Pillow Pet Dream Lites!)
  8. Watch more girly media
  9. Read low-effort books from your childhood to relax (Dork Diaries, Dear Dumb Diary, Rainbow Fairies, Captain Underpants, Dog Man, Raina Telgemeier books, and more!

  10. Apply matching lotion and body spray after showering
  11. Always having a clean matching bed set

  13. Always wear cotton underwear to help your genitals breath!

  15. Avoid using scented products for your genitals, unscented soap and clean water will do! (ps: DO NOT GO INSIDE when cleaning, ladies! It is self-cleaning!)
  16. If you struggle with sweating a lot, try applying powder in the creases of your armpits alongside deodorant (I prefer Secret Clinical Completely Clean!)

  23. If you ever feel ugly wearing makeup, focus on using makeup to enhance your natural features instead of hiding them

  35. Improve your self talk (ig. "I'm so stupid" to "I'm so silly"
  36. Instead of beating yourself up for your mistakes, start sympathizing with yourself and search for the root problem
  37. Rewatch childhood shows or movies whenever you're upset and need a mental reset
  38. Whenever you're outside, pretend you're a mythical creature or character that matches the environment (park=fairy, pool=mermaid, etc)
  39. Whenever you're stressed, try coloring in a cute coloring book or print out a coloring page instead

  44.  Treat exercise as a game, not a chore
  45. Buy cute exercising equipment
  46. If you have trouble standing for long periods of time, go on Youtube and find sitting workout videos instead
  47. Find cute step counter apps (Odetake My Melody for iOs or Pikmin Bloom for iOs & Android)
  48. If you get tired of drinking plain water, try infusing it with strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, lemons, limes cucumbers, and fresh mint/basil leaves
  49. Drink aromatic or flavored teas instead of coffee all the time, especially during cooler seasons
  50. Spend a few minutes out in sunlight to absorb necessary vitamin D (ensure you wear sunscreen if you're skin sensitive)
