- Buy EVERYTHING in your favorite colors
- Aestheticize
your devices (phone, tablet, laptop, pc, etc) by changing your
wallpaper, icons, font, notification/ringtone sounds, and more
- Create playlists for every activity (studying, cleaning, doing makeup), setting (school, work, park, transport), or time period (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Find a hobby that ISN'T digital (crochet, knitting, jewlery-making, kandi, bedazzling, etc)
- Start scrapbooking or junk journaling
- Print out photos of family/friends/celebrities and place them in cute photo frames
- Buy a nightlight projector or glow in the dark stars for your room when you sleep at night (a cute option is a Pillow Pet Dream Lites!)
- Watch more girly media
- Read low-effort books from your childhood to relax (Dork Diaries, Dear Dumb Diary, Rainbow Fairies, Captain Underpants, Dog Man, Raina Telgemeier books, and more!

- Apply matching lotion and body spray after showering
- Always having a clean matching bed set
- Wear silk bonnets or use silk pillow cases for your hair
- Always wear cotton underwear to help your genitals breath!
- Run bubble baths every weekend or whenever you're too tired to stand and shower
- Avoid using scented products for your genitals, unscented soap and clean water will do! (ps: DO NOT GO INSIDE when cleaning, ladies! It is self-cleaning!)
- If you struggle with sweating a lot, try applying powder in the creases of your armpits alongside deodorant (I prefer Secret Clinical Completely Clean!)

- Instead of beating yourself up for your mistakes, start sympathizing with yourself and search for the root problem
- Rewatch childhood shows or movies whenever you're upset and need a mental reset
- Whenever you're outside, pretend you're a mythical creature or character that matches the environment (park=fairy, pool=mermaid, etc)
- Whenever you're stressed, try coloring in a cute coloring book or print out a coloring page instead

- Treat exercise as a game, not a chore
- Buy cute exercising equipment
- If you have trouble standing for long periods of time, go on Youtube and find sitting workout videos instead
- Find cute step counter apps (Odetake My Melody for iOs or Pikmin Bloom for iOs & Android)
- If you get tired of drinking plain water, try infusing it with strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, lemons, limes cucumbers, and fresh mint/basil leaves
- Drink aromatic or flavored teas instead of coffee all the time, especially during cooler seasons
- Spend a few minutes out in sunlight to absorb necessary vitamin D (ensure you wear sunscreen if you're skin sensitive)
